How do you deal with an ex that attempts to alienate you from your children?

It's childish, ill tempered, sadistic, mean and contemptible no matter which spouse is doing it...I'm thinking jail time would be appropriate...How do you deal with an ex that attempts to alienate you from your children?
I wish I knew, mine does the same...good luck to you.......How do you deal with an ex that attempts to alienate you from your children?
how old are your kids, who has custody...etc etc

kids arent stupid. they can see when things are going on....make sure you do everything with your kids best interests in mind...

even if they dont appreciate it now, they will appreciate it later, i know it sucks, but life isnt always fair. if you pull punches and do underhanded things, you and your ex will go down a road of one upping each other...

you could talk to him, and say Hey, we can kill each other, but when it comes to the kids, lets be utterly fair, is that a deal?
use the court system to your advantage. yeah, most of the time it screws you, but legally no one has the right to alienate you from your kids, and the courts will see to it. i'm not exactly sure how your ex is doing this, either physically (not allowing you to see them), or mentally (pitting your kids against you), but either way, the court is on your side. physically, they can set up visitation days that your ex can go to jail for not honoring. mentally is a bit harder, but with time, they will see the truth for themselves. convey yourself as an unbiased party, one that shows no hatred for the dreaded ex, and your children will see how your love conquers.
