How to deal with an ex? any help?

Ok i broke up with my GF yesterday. I really wanna check up on her with a text or a call or something to see how she's doing. And when i broke up with her we didn't really say anything like if we could still be friends. I really do still care for her and still even have feelings for her. Would it be better if i left her alone... or if i did check up her? keep in mind i did brake it off yesterday. How to deal with an ex? any help?
Wow,you still care about her even after you brake up..but why break up when you still have feelings for her?unless if she cheated on you, like my BF did..maybe you should give her time..who knows she might be as well still love and care about you.How to deal with an ex? any help?
coming from a girl, I would say give it a week. Then talk to her, but don't call, that might be awkward. I would talk to her in person (which could be awkward, but it'll show that you are serious).

good luck!
Dont talk to her for a while. If you do it will make her think you still want to go out with her.
You still can't be friends once there is feelings. If you call and ask how she is it will give her hope and make her think you want to get back together with her. Then she will have to start the grieving process all over again. Have someone else find out how she is for you if your really worried.
give her a few days then call her, you call her now it will make things worse and be harder for you both to move on
when me and my ex broke up

it was really nice to hear form him the next day and so on and we talked

but make sure you dont say anything unles you mean it and dont lead her on!!. my ex told me he loves me and misses me and say that this is hard and feels wrong and he will think about us!. and he didnt, he was a jerk and made it harder.
You broke it off yesterday. Give her some time. As to how long you should wait depends on how long the relationship was.
dont talk just yet.

its still fresh so wait like a few weeks.

its just that simple. dont over think it.
